If your jewelry is in need of servicing, we are ready to assist! Pricing and turnaround time vary on size, material, stones, and the complexity of the repair. Most repair services are ready within 5-7 business days. Our basic list of repairs can be viewed below, stop by the shop for a complete analysis of your needs and a more accurate quote!
Ring Sizing
If your ring is too big or too small, we can accurately measure your correct ring size and modify your ring to fit you perfectly. We also offer special sizing assistants for people with limited mobility or larger knuckles, like sizing balls and flexible ring guards.
soldering
Have a broken chain? Want to solder your wedding ring set together? Do charms need to be added to your charm bracelet? No problem. From simple to complicated, we can solder anything*
*Precious metals only, no base metal
(i.e. nickel, brass, gold or silver plated, etc.)
tips + prongs
If your prongs are starting to wear down, or have broken off, we offer retipping and repronging services to make sure that stone ain’t going nowhere!
REFURBISHING
This covers rebuilding jewelry that’s gone through the gamut (we see you garbage disposal!) and resetting stones into new settings. Visit our CUSTOM page for more information.
Maintenance
Your jewelry doesn’t need to be broken to need attention, bring your pieces by the shop at any time and let us inspect it for general maintenance needs. Odds are, your piece may be in need of a quick tune-up to ensure it lives a long and beautiful life. Pricing and turnaround time vary on size, material, stones, and the complexity of maintenance. Cleaning
It’s normal for your jewelry to collect dirt and oil over time, bring your piece by the store so we can give it a quick but thorough cleaning using our proprietary cleaning solution. Your piece will sparkle like new in no time!

polishing
If your jewelry is perfect just the way it is but has normal scratching due to everyday wear, let us bring that beauty back to its original luster and shine!
rhodium plating
White gold has a naturally occurring yellow tint and is commonly plated in a precious metal called Rhodium, a metal in the platinum family, to give it a bright white finish. This plating does wear off over time and it is recommended to have your piece replated, or “rhodium dipped”, once every year or so. We are more than happy to take it for a nice rhodium dip and get that beauty looking bright and white again. (Rhodium dip includes cleaning and polishing)
CHECKING & TIGHTENING STONES
Everyday wear can loosen the security of your stones over time. We’ve heard the horror stories about that 3ct heirloom diamond that was there one day and gone the next. Don’t let that be you! We recommend you get your stones checked & tightened every 6-12 months to ensure that they stay tight and in place year after year.
